Inserting Local Conref

To insert a local conref at the current cursor position, do the following:

  1. Call up the Insert Local Conref Dialog.

    To call up the Insert Local Conref Dialog, choose DITA > Insert Local Conref or click the Insert Local Conref button on the toolbar.

  2. Select the target.

    In the Insert Local Conref Dialog, select the target from the Targets list.



    Note:

    You can see the list of available targets in the current document.

    To filter the targets by type, select a type from the Show types drop-down list.



  3. Click the Insert button to insert the local conref.
  4. Click the Close button to close the dialog.
    Note:

    You can also check the Close on Insert checkbox, and then click the Insert button.
