If you have installed Antenna House XSL Formatter Lite and the Serna Antenna House plugin that integrates AH XSL Formatter into Serna, then it is possible to generate PDF from your XML documents right from Serna GUI.

field specifies the location for the generated PDF output.
field specifies the XSL stylesheet location, that is used for converting the XML document to XSL FO.
specifies location to the option set file for the Antenna House XSL Formatter. To create this file, and to provide a number of special options for the PDF generation use the Antenna House XSL Formatter GUI (available in Windows version).
button starts the PDF generation process.
allows you to see the generated PDF in an external viewer application. Note, that you have to specify the PDF viewer application in Preferences->Applications (see Preferences Dialog).

Change the path to the stylesheet in the file TEMPLATE_NAME.ahpp located in the corresponding sernaInstallationPath\plugins\ TEMPLATE_NAME directory.
For example, to specify a stylesheet for any Docbook document, change the path in sernaInstallationPath\plugins\docbook\docbook.ahpp.
Specify the path to the stylesheet in the Publish PDF with Antenna House Dialog and choose . The file TEMPLATE_NAME.ahpp for the current template will be saved in the c:\Documents and Settings\ YOUR_LOGIN\.serna- VERSION directory on Windows and in the $HOME/.serna- VERSION directory on Linux/Mac OS X.
Open a Docbook 4.5 document.
Change the path to the stylesheet in the Publish PDF with Antenna House Dialog.
Choose . The file named dbk45.ahpp will be saved in the c:\Documents and Settings\ YOUR_LOGIN\.serna- VERSION directory on Windows and the $HOME/.serna- VERSION directory on Linux/Mac OS X.
The file c:\Documents and Settings\ YOUR_LOGIN\.serna- VERSION\dbk45.ahpp ( $HOME/.serna- VERSION/dbk45.ahpp) will override the file sernaInstallationPath\plugins\docbook\docbook.ahpp for Docbook 4.5 documents. For more information, see Serna View Customization.
