Specifying Preferences

You can specify various settings that will be applied to all document types in the Preferences Dialog.
  1. Call up the Preferences Dialog.

    To call up the Preferences Dialog, choose Tools > Preferences .

  2. To specify a particular type of preferences, click a corresponding tab.
  3. To apply the specified changes, click the Apply button.
  4. To close the dialog, click the Close button.
  5. To call help, click the Help button.
